FOUNTAIN OF THE CRYING

FONTANA DEL PIANTO
1593 designed by Giacomo Della Porta (1533/1602) and sculpted by Pietro Gucci
Formerly in Piazza Giudea in the Jewish Ghetto. It was removed with the demolition of the Ghetto in 1885
It was rebuilt here in 1930
